Please note that for regular season registration, each family is required to provide a volunteer deposit of $200, held on the credit card used during registration. If your family completes an eligible volunteer commitment by August 1, 2026, your card will not be charged. Eligible roles include coach, manager, division coordinator, or other key positions listed below.
All parents are expected to help with basic game-day tasks such as setting up or taking down bases, raking fields, keeping score, and supporting their team. These tasks are expected of all families but are not counted toward fulfilling the volunteer deposit requirement.
Families who prefer not to participate in the volunteer program may choose the optional $200 opt-out fee during registration.
