West Vancouver Little League Registration

Registration is OPEN.

Fees and Early Bird Pricing

Early registration supports team formation, coach assignments, and field scheduling.

Register by January 10 to receive the early bird rate.
Registrations received on or after January 11 are charged the full fee.

Season Dates

The Spring season runs from April to June.

Registration Deadlines

Registration deadlines vary by division.

• Majors Division: Registration CLOSES February 13

• Minors Division: Registration CLOSES February 13

• Other divisions remain open subject to available space

Late registrations may be waitlisted if divisions are full.

Majors Division Note

The Majors division has a firm registration deadline to allow for player evaluations and team formation. Registrations received after February 13 are NOT accepted.

Player Evaluations

Attendance at player evaluations is required for Minors and Majors. Players who do not attend evaluations may not be eligible for team placement.
Evaluations are scheduled for late February. Specific dates and details are shared after registration closes.

Division Eligibility

Division placement is based on Little League age. Please refer to the Divisions page for age eligibility and division details.

Access to League Facilities and Resources

Access to WVLL facilities and league resources, including batting cages and umpire clinics, is reserved for registered players.
Once Spring registration opens, access is limited to players who have completed registration for the current season.

Refund Policy

Refunds are based on the date of withdrawal and are subject to a $25 administration fee.

Full refunds are available until February 28.
Registrations cancelled in March receive 50% of the registration fee.
No refunds are issued after March 31, except for medical withdrawals.

If WVLL cannot field a team in a division due to insufficient registration, a full refund is issued. WVLL may consider partial refunds in limited circumstances, including family relocation before the season begins.

Discount Policy

Families registering more than one child receive a multi child discount, applied automatically during registration.

Volunteer Requirement 

West Vancouver Little League is a volunteer run organization. A volunteer deposit is required as part of regular season registration. Details about volunteer expectations, eligible roles, and the opt out option are available on the Volunteers page.

Photo Policy

WVLL uses photos on this website and on social media to share league information and build community. Photos may be taken at games, practices, and events.
